Bat Wings

Our kits come with different options for Bat Wings. The options are listed below:

1) Bat Wings Down - The Bat Wings will be fiberglassed into the body kit in the down position.

2) Bat Wings Up - The Bat Wings will be fiberglassed into the body kit in the down position as illustrated in the picture below. However, a separate pair of Bat Wings will come with your kit. You can cut out the fiberglassed Bat Wings installed on the body kit and replace them with the Bat Wings Up pieces that come with the kit.

The photograph on the left illustrates the Bat Wings fiberglassed into the body kit, as they come with either the Bat Wings Up or Bat Wings Down option. The photograph on the right illustrates the additional Wings that are shipped with kits that have the Bat Wings Up option. You can cut out the original bat wings from the fiberglass body kit and install these additional wings using a hinge. The flange on the far side of the Wing will prevent the Wing from coming up too far.

Once installed, you can insert the same grill mesh used throughout the vehicle into the Bat Wings to give an authentic look and feel.

Some have installed a linear actuator inside the bat wing with a button attached to the dash which will raise and lower the Bat Wings to present a more authentic and aggressive look to their projects.
