The photo of the pressure-treated, shipping crate below costs $250.00 extra and is normally only used when shipping to countries that require pressure-treated lumber for all shipping crates.
In the event that your country requires that the shipping crate be made out of treated lumber, then we have to charge an additional $250.00 to cover the cost. It is our understanding that some countries require this because they feel regular lumber might allow certain types of unwanted insects into their county therefore they only allow the more expensive pressure treated lumber(which is pictured above as the finished crate) which has gone through a process that would eliminate any type lumber related insect.

Here are the three choices to ship the Mercy 1 Kit:
1. Shipped in two crates: We cut through the long, rocker-panel area on each
side of the Mercy 1 Kit, in order to make the kit fit into two, smaller
crates. We cut straight across the passenger compartment, which is through
the rocker panels. You can easily repair the two, cut, rocker-panel pieces
when the kit arrives at your address with some fiberglass and resin. The
front-clip, door-panels, hood and trunk parts will fit in a 3' tall x 7'
wide x 8' long crate weighing 200 pounds, plus a second crate which is the
rear-clip section which will fit in a 3' tall x 7' wide x 7' long crate
weighing 200 pounds.
Note: Shippers charge more when you ship in two crates instead of only one
crate.
2. Shipped in one big crate: the front-clip and rear-clip are made together
as one, complete, body-kit. All other body panels along with the complete,
body-kit will be placed in one big 3' tall x 7' wide x 15' long crate
weighing 400 pounds.
Note: Some shippers may charge more for a crate this long or not be able to
ship it at all.
Note: you can get a quote for shipping the mercy 1 kit in a big crate or a
medium crate or in two crates or with a pickup truck and trailer and decide
how you want the mercy 1 kit shipped.
Note: if you are shipping within the continental United States, Mexico or
Canada you may want to pay someone with a pickup truck and trailer to haul

ash-mart kit. We cut through the long, side-quarter panel pieces at the
small rocker panel area, in order to make the kit fit into a smaller crate.

at your address with some fiberglass and resin. The front-clip,
side-quarter panels and all other body panels will then fit into one
medium sized crate that is a 3' x 7' x 7' crate weighing 350 pounds. Call
