This kit is a beautiful conversion kit. This kit was designed to be installed on a 2003-2008 bmw z4.
We
suggest the donor be slightly damaged because the sheet metal will not
be used on the finished car and you will save a lot of money by using a
damaged donor car. All unused body parts can be resold as scrap
or on ebay as reusable body parts. We sell slightly damaged donor cars
at great prices.
The stock wheelbase of a bmw z4 is 98.2" and
the wheelbase for the real deal is 98.6". You will not have to
stretch the donor car.
You will use the stock door shell on the z4, but you will attach it with screws to the kit?s outer body kit door panel.
You will use the z4's interior with this kit.
Some people add a carbon fiber dash kit off ebay to the donor for about $40.00.
Use the z4's mirrors and door handles.

You will save money by having anything shipped in one crate that is as small
a crate as possible.
Here are the three choices to ship the Kit "Eight":
1.Shipped in two crates: the front-clip, door-panels, hood and trunk parts
in a 3' tall x 7' wide x 7' long crate weighing 200 pounds, plus a second
crate which is the rear-clip section in a 3' tall x 7' wide x 11' long crate
weighing 150 pounds.
Note: Shippers charge more when you ship in two crates instead of only one
crate.
2. Shipped in one big crate: the front-clip, rear-clip and all other body
panels in one big 3' tall x 7' wide x 11' long crate weighing 350 pounds.
Note: Shippers may charge more for a crate this long.
Note: you can get a quote for shipping both the big and the medium sizes of
the single crate shipment and decide how you want the kit "eight" shipped.
3. Shipped in one medium sized crate: this is the cheapest way to ship the
kit "eight". We cut through the long, rocker-panel area on each side of the
kit "eight", in order to make the kit fit into a smaller crate. We cut a 4'
section off of each rocker panel and you can easily repair the two, cut,
rocker-panel pieces when the kit arrives at your address with some
fiberglass and resin. The front-clip, rear-clip and all other body panels
will then fit into one medium sized crate that is a 3' tall x 7' wide x 7'
long crate weighing 350 pounds. Note: call Dexter at 1-800-323-5441
extension 1214 for a shipping quote. You will need to give him our address
and your address and the size and weight of the crate and tell him the
contents are fiberglass vehicle parts. He will give you the cheapest
shipping quote I have found. I know he can ship this kit to London for under
$700.00. The company Dexter works for is the freight quote company and they
