- INTERIOR KIT:
The interior kit is included with the purchase of your Mercy-1, body-kit and the interior kit is made up of 12 fiberglass pieces from us and one, wooden piece that you will make. The 12 piece interior kit is made up of 3 pieces on the inside of each door panel and 3 pieces that make up the dash which is the actual dash and the cover that covers the instrument cluster and a triangle shaped handle in front of the radio and these pieces makeup a total of 9 of the 12 pieces. The console which is the tenth piece is located between the two seats and it is made up of one piece from us and a wooden section that you will make for a total of two console pieces. The two pieces that make up the console is the one armrest/console piece that is included in the interior kit and the long, console piece that you will make that runs from the radio, back between the seats. Most people make this long, console piece out of plywood and then cover it in carpet or vinyl. The armrest/console, fiberglass piece that you receive from us will set on top of the long, wooden console piece that you make. You can use the Fiero seats and you can attach two fiberglass panels which is also included with the kit to them to make the seats more sportier looking. The 12 piece interior kit is made up of 3 pieces for each door panel which is a total of 6 pieces for the two doors and 3 pieces for the dash and 1 fiberglass piece for the console/armrest and 2 pieces for the Fiero seats for a total of 12 pieces. Some people choose to buy racing car seats for their Mercy-1, body-kit instead of using the upgraded Fiero seats. The large, rear spoiler that is located on the yellow car is not included with the Mercy 1 kit. This kit is a beautiful conversion kit. You can now own the italian styled super-car of your dreams. This kit is designed to be installed on a 1984-1988 fiero but you can make it fit on a 1997-2004 boxster.
We suggest the donor car be slightly damaged because the sheet metal will not be used on the finished kit and you will save a lot of money by using a damaged donor car. All unused body parts can be resold as scrap or resold on ebay as reusable body parts. We sell slightly damaged donor cars at great prices.
The stock wheelbase of a fiero is 93.4” and the wheelbase for the real deal is 105.1”.
You will stretch the fiero donor car body by about 10.5”.
The best motor to upgrade the fiero is a 225 h.p. 3800 gm supercharged engine with auto or manual transmission or you can keep the factory fiero motor.
Lee at H.T. motor sports at 616-893-1433 in mi. Can sell you upgrades for the fiero like brakes, suspension, etc. Or you can keep the fiero as a stock vehicle.
Some people add a carbon fiber dash kit off ebay to the interior for about $40.00.
Some people add a turbo simulator; which is also called an exhaust pipe whistler, to the car. This makes the car sound like it has a bigger motor with a turbo and you can get this at any automotive parts store or on ebay for about $12.00.
The average turn-key car is worth $27,000.00 to $45,000.00 and we can teach you how to own a completed car for around $12,000.00. (donor car $2500.00 + kit $6k + wheels and tires $2k + spacers $500.00 + paint materials $500.00 + misc. $500.00 = $12k)
Freight runs around $300. to $500 East of Mississippi and $200. to $900. West of Mississippi. There will be a wooden crate, crating fee at cost if you want it shipped.
The black grill mesh can be bought at any hardware store for just a few dollars or you can use factory mesh grills.
Door glass uses the 1996 Chrysler sebring. Your windows can be stationary or you can make them power up and down.
Door seals uses the 10 year old V.W. Jetta
Rings for head lights are at any auto parts store and we also offer the rings at $160. For 4 headlight rings.
Door and trunk gas shocks are to be gotten at any parts store.
Actual head lights use bmw fog lights or select another type small round light from any auto parts store.
Windshield uses the 1996 nissan maxima and cut the corners.
Door locks uses any old 70’s or 80’s mercedes lock or use a 300sd or 250s or 280sel or 200c mercedes door lock.
Seat belts from ebay or use the nissan pulsar type belts.
For the quarter panel glass use 1/8” plexiglass.
For the grill use factory grills or paint metal screen mesh black and get it from any hardware store.
We offer the door springs at $50.00 each.
For the front head light lens we offer them at $125.00 each.
For the rear tail light lens we offer them at $150.00 each.
We suggest for the wheels to use factory styled wheels found on ebay.
This kit comes in a hard-top coup or a removable hard top or a no-top topless car. The removable top is the most popular version.
Interior kit is included and it is made up of eight pieces: the interior is made up of 3 pieces on the inside of each door panel and 3 pieces that make up the dash which is the actual dash and the cover that covers the instrument cluster and a triangle shaped handle in front of the radio and then the console which is located between the two seats is made up of two pieces. You will use the fiero seats and you can attach two fiberglass panels which is also included to them to make them more sporty.
We can sell you a real European front car tag with a black plastic holder for $50.00 or you can get one on ebay. Some people put this on the front bumper of the completed car.
Notice: The rear spoiler, wing pictured on the yellow car above does not come with the kit. The wing can be purchased for an additional $300.00.

Two-part, Mercy 1, door shell. Use Corvette, fiberglass, panel-bonding gel to glue the two, door sections together. Use a universal, door-glass regulator from eBay to make the door glass go up and down or you can make the glass stationary. Cut out the fiberglass panel from the door shell, where the door glass will go. The rearview mirror housings are also included in the Mercy 1 interior kit. We sell the Mercy 1 door hinges for only $50.00 each and you will need two hinges per car. |

Use either the large or the small, instrument-cluster cover with the dash. Some people use the small, cluster cover with a 2000 and up ford focus instrument-cluster and wire it to the stock Fiero motor or they use the larger-sized, instrument-cluster cover if they use a 1993 Chev. Camaro cluster or any other larger sized instrument-cluster. Some people use the Oldsmobile cluster that goes with the general motors super charged 3800 motor; for example they use a Buick park avenue motor and park avenue instrument-cluster, or they buy individual instrument-cluster gauges and build their own instrument-cluster |
.This is the three-part, door panel for the Mercy 1 interior. The top, small piece goes near the back,top corner of the door panel. The large panel piece can have the speaker hole cut-out so you can install a speaker. The medium sized, armrest piece will go on top of the door panel's armrest section, after the edge is trimmed off the armrest piece and after all the pieces are covered in vinyl or leather. |

Here are the three choices to ship the Mercy 1 Kit:
1. Shipped in two crates: We cut through the long, rocker-panel area on each
side of the Mercy 1 Kit, in order to make the kit fit into two, smaller
crates. We cut straight across the passenger compartment, which is through
the rocker panels. You can easily repair the two, cut, rocker-panel pieces
when the kit arrives at your address with some fiberglass and resin. The
front-clip, door-panels, hood and trunk parts will fit in a 3' tall x 7'
wide x 8' long crate weighing 200 pounds, plus a second crate which is the
rear-clip section which will fit in a 3' tall x 7' wide x 7' long crate
weighing 200 pounds.
Note: Shippers charge more when you ship in two crates instead of only one
crate.
2. Shipped in one big crate: the front-clip and rear-clip are made together
as one, complete, body-kit. All other body panels along with the complete,
body-kit will be placed in one big 3' tall x 7' wide x 15' long crate
weighing 400 pounds.
Note: Some shippers may charge more for a crate this long or not be able to
ship it at all.
Note: you can get a quote for shipping the mercy 1 kit in a big crate or a
medium crate or in two crates or with a pickup truck and trailer and decide
how you want the mercy 1 kit shipped.
Note: if you are shipping within the continental United States, Mexico or
Canada you may want to pay someone with a pickup truck and trailer to haul
the kit for you. You will then not need to have the kit crated in a sealed

ash-mart kit. We cut through the long, side-quarter panel pieces at the
